This policy explains what Sweetly Yours ("we", "us") does with information when you use https://love-website-gift.pages.dev (the "Site"). The Site is run by an independent developer. Contact: federicoardorussoa50970@gmail.com.

The short version

• Your photos stay in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers.
• There are no accounts, no logins and no passwords.
• We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_<ID>.
• We do not sell your information.

What stays in your browser

When you use the page editor at /create/, the text you type and the photos you add are processed on your own device. Photos are resized in your browser. We do not receive them, and we do not store them on a server. A draft may be saved in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it. It stays on your device until you clear it or clear your browser data.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how the Site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies called _ga and _ga_<ID>, and may receive information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed and the time spent on them, and your IP address, which Google handles under its own policy. We use this data in aggregate to improve the Site. Button clicks. We record that a button was clicked (for example the "Publish" button) as an analytics event. The event contains no photos and no text you typed.

Contact messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them to reply.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your photos, your page text, your payment details, or your email address through the editor. We do not run ads, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies other than the Google Analytics cookies.

Cookies

The only cookies we set are _ga and _ga_<ID> from Google Analytics 4 (each typically retained for up to two years, as set by Google). You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the Site works without it.

Publishing and payments (not open yet)

Publishing is not open yet and we do not take payments. If publishing opens, this policy will be updated before it does, to describe what is stored when a page is published and how payments are handled by a third-party payment provider.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Google provides analytics services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Children

The Site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can clear drafts by clearing your browser data. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have rights to ask what we hold about you, to delete it, or to opt out of a sale; we do not sell personal information. Send requests to the contact address above.

Security

Because photos and drafts stay in your browser, they are not exposed to our servers. No online service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
