These Terms govern your use of Sweetly Yours at https://love-website-gift.pages.dev (the "Site"), run by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.
1. What the Site is
Sweetly Yours is a self-serve tool. You use it to make a digital gift page from templates, with your own text and photos, and to preview it in your browser. We do not build pages for you and we do not write your content.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the Site or to pay for anything. The Site is not a dating or matchmaking service and does not introduce people to each other.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the text, photos and other content you add. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that anyone shown in a photo is fine with it being used. Today, photos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. If publishing opens, these Terms will apply to published pages too.
4. What you may not do
You may not use the Site to create, or to publish, content that:
- is sexually explicit or shows nudity;
- shows or sexualizes anyone under 18;
- shows a person without their consent, or is intimate imagery shared without consent;
- harasses, threatens, stalks or bullies someone, or is meant to scare or humiliate;
- is hateful or violent toward people because of who they are;
- is fraudulent, impersonates someone, or infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- is unlawful, or promotes self-harm or illegal activity.
You also may not attack the Site, scrape it in bulk, or try to get around its limits.
5. Publishing, takedowns and reports (applies when publishing opens)
Publishing is not open yet. When it opens, each published page will have a "Report" button. We may remove or disable any page at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law, or if we receive a credible report. We may refuse service to anyone who breaks these Terms. Reports can also be sent to the contact address on the Contact page, with the page address and the reason. Published pages will not be indexed by search engines.
6. Pricing
Making and previewing a page is free. A $6.99 one-time publishing fee is planned for when publishing opens; it is not charged today. Prices may change before publishing opens and will be shown before you pay. See the Refund Policy.
7. Our property
The Site, its templates, design and code are ours or our licensors'. You may use them to make your own pages for personal, non-commercial gifts. You keep ownership of your own content.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will work on every device, or that a drafted page will be preserved: drafts live in your browser and can be lost if you clear browser data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator resides, unless mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise. Before filing any claim, please contact us first at federicoardorussoa50970@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
